"Our video conferencing provider for church programming, Zoom, is rolling out a required update to their software package.   Beginning Saturday May 30th, all users will be required to use version 5.0.   If you have not updated by that point, the software will update itself before allowing entry to any Zoom meeting.   Consider upgrading before May 30th by clicking here to avoid any delay in joining the May 31st Sunday service."
 
In response to public health recommendations on social distancing, Eternity will continue to be holding our Sunday worship services, weekly bible studies and prayer meetings online via the Zoom app. You can access Zoom meetings through your laptop, via an app on your smartphone, or by dialing in on a landline or cell phone. 
Share this meeting information with friends or neighbors and invite them to worship with us.  The Zoom online service link is sent every Saturday. Cheddar Gougères (Cheddar Pop-overs) 
Yield: 12-14 gougères
 
Ingredients

* 1.5 cup grated cheddar cheese
 * 1 cup milk
* 1 cup water
* 4 oz butter
* 1 cup flour
* 4 eggs
* Salt and pepper
 
Method  
  1. Preheat your oven to 400° F
  2. In a sauce pot combine your milk, water and butter, place on the stove top on medium heat.
  3. Once the liquid simmers stir in your flour and cook for 2-3 minutes stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from the heat and incorporate your eggs one by one, mixing vigorously with a stiff spoon or spatula.
  5. Mix in your Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  6. Using a spoon portion golf ball size pieces of your dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet allowing an inch or so between each ball.
  7. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  8. After 10 minutes reduce your ovens heat to 325°F and continue baking for another 10-12 minutes.
  9. Remove your gougères from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
